Calling on our many cells to muffle our twisting nerves long enough to learn how to walk level again Level again is a feminist science-fiction experiment weaving together ideas of chronic pain, ecological interconnectedness, and empowering exhaustion of womxn bodies. Performers are connected by cords to a platform on which they work together to build a column out of 75kg of cob – a mix of clay, sand, and hay. The movements of their bodies are communicated to the platform, angling the column as they build. When their construction inevitably collapses, they switch places and restart the game.
